Who we are

• We are women who give advice to other women
• We offer advice to women aged 18 or over
• We help all women
• It doesn’t matter
• where you come from or what you think

We help you

• if you have a problem at home
• if you want to leave your partner
• if you would like a divorce
• if you have a problem at work
• if you are dissatisfied with your life
• if you eat too much if you eat too little
• if you are experiencing violence

Violence means

• if someone hurts you
• if someone hurts your child
• if someone does something to you against your will
• if someone forces you to do something against your will
• if someone says nasty things to you
• if someone sends you nasty messages
• if someone insults you
• if someone frightens you if someone says,
• “I’m going to kill you” if your husband says,
• “I’m going to take the children away from you”
• if you are being bullied on the internet

• You don’t have to tell us your name.
• We listen to you.
