Women’s refuge
The women's refuge offers protection, somewhere to live, support and counselling to women experiencing or at risk of violence – together with their children, absolutely anonymously and irrespective of their nationality, culture, religion or housing and living situations.
The refuge has space for nine women and their children on three floors. Every woman has her own room. Each storey has a combined kitchen and living area and two bathrooms.
The children's room has enough space for children's activities. The garden, which is not overlooked, provides an area for children and women to relax.
The refuge is close to good public transport connections. Schools, doctors, public authorities, a network of social services and institutions, shopping facilities and playgrounds are within easy reach.
